The Athena SWAN 2010 Annual Report is now available to download here.

 

The 2010 Annual Report briefly covers the changes to the awards process and has descriptions from new members detailing why Athena SWAN is important to them. Information is also given on how Athena SWAN has grown since its inception in 2005.

 

 

 

The Athena SWAN 2009 Annual Report is available to download here.

 

It contains a full list of all SWAN members and award winners, including the latest ones, and a selection of good practice on networking and workload allocation models.

 

2008

This edition contains a wealth of good practice on how to support female staff, particularly those working in SET. It includes innovative examples from winning universities on how to address work-life balance.  There is also information about the Women in Leadership Programme at Manchester University, the positive action programme at Leicester University, and a review of staff appraisal and development at the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at Bristol University.
