The Athena SWAN 2009 Annual Report is available to download here.

 

It contains a full list of all SWAN members and award winners, including the latest ones, and a selection of good practice on networking and workload allocation models.

 

This edition contains a wealth of good practice on how to support female staff, particularly those working in SET. It includes innovative examples from winning universities on how to address work-life balance.  There is also information about the Women in Leadership Programme at Manchester University, thepositive action programme at Leicester University, and a review of staff appraisal and development at the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at Bristol University.
