Guidance and application forms for all levels are available on this page.
The guidance includes a matrix indentifying differences between Bronze, Silver
and Gold department awards, and a template action plan.
All award renewals will be expected in the November awards round until 2013.
Updated renewal guidance and application forms will be available in the new year.
University and department awards due for renewal will be reminded of the deadlines,
so please make sure the relevant contact details are up-to-date.
If a renewal fails to be made then an application should be made in the next
round. If a renewal submission is still not made then the award is withdrawn.
Where a renewal is made but is unsuccessful, the university or department gets
one year with which to work on the feedback and make another renewal. If still
unsuccessful then the award is withdrawn.
- Please bear in mind that the panel will look at the applications printed in black
and white on A4 paper so all data should be easy to read in that format.
- Make sure data are embedded within the text, not as separate appendices, and
submit the entire application as a PDF document.
- Do not submit too many pages of data, focus on what is relevant to your analysis
and the actions that emerge from this should form your action plan.
