This event is for universities wishing to submit for an Athena SWAN award in 2010 to help them understand what the judging panel is looking for, exchange good practice and network with other Charter members.

Early career staff in university STEMM departments need objective advice on research and academic career pathways.  There is a dearth of accessible, useful and practical advice for individuals starting their careers and this Guide aims to fill that gap.
