The Athena SWAN awards seminar took place on Monday, 15 February 2010 at the Royal Academy of Engineering. It was afternoon seminar with guest speakers that explored the Athena SWAN awards process.  The aim was to help universities wishing to submit for an Athena SWAN award in 2010 understand what the judging panel is looking for, exchange good practice, and network with other Charter members.

Sean McWhinnie (info@oxfordresearchandpolicy.co.uk) discussed statistics. He talked about context, trends and actions, presentation of data and what the judges will be looking for at each level.
