Here are some useful resources to help promote gender equality and organisational change in the workplace:

• The UK Resource Centre (UKRC) for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology has an extensive range of good practice publications,  statistics and networking opportunities.  Their  Cultural Analysis Tool (CAT) enables you to measure how well your organisation embraces gender equality. 

 

• The Instituteof Physics (IoP) has a good range of tools and advice, including Best Practice in Career-Break Management and Women in University Physics Departments: A Site Visit Scheme 2003-2005.  The IOP also runs the Project Juno initiative for Physics Departments.  For more information see Project Juno home page.
